Sad to see this wildflower meadow in Bannau Brycheiniog National Park being swamped by scrub - this valley is under grazed whilst the mountain tops are over grazed. We need more cattle and far fewer sheep.

I’m loving the new book on British mammals from @MathewsFiona and her husband Tim. Wonderful to have nature writing that’s both fascinating and very funny and which doesn’t take itself too seriously. #naturewriting #ukmammals

And we made it. The team are now settled enough to be making sourdough. After the last ten years, the ATU and being 380 miles apart for a year & a half this is an emotional moment.

Christanne’s innovative project on developing a website to support better communication and interaction in learning disability services also enthralled the judges. Christianne wins a cash prize too - Congratulations, @CATS_Chris!
