The Law Commission’s recommendations have now been published. These provide for a new surrogacy pathway, regulated surrogacy organisations and a surrogacy register. Many other welcome changes but we need to keep momentum.

The @KNFamilyTeam acted for the father in this case with Sophie Connors of @4PBFamilyLaw and @chartley11 of @1kbwChambers. The parents arbitrated and the mother challenged the decision. GvG followed and the arbitration was upheld.
