This week, a fantastic group of 20 business volunteers from organisations including @networkrail, @HDR_Inc, @UKhomeoffice, W2 Paraplanning, Chic Ltd, @WatesGroup, @VeoliaUK and @MaudsleyNHS came together to interview an amazing 174 students. Thanks to all for their support!

Today we're featuring @Cre8football Coach Mentoring, part funded by our 20th anniversary grants - they provided opportunities for 34 young people in #Croydon to develop confidence & pathways into #employment, empowering the next generation of coaches, referees, mentors & leaders.

The Dream Forward Programme delivered by Ignite Young Minds was targeted at young people in #Croydon, supported by one of our anniversary grants. Participants reported improved confidence, emotional resilience, better school engagement, and greater optimism about their futures.

In our 20th year we raised £20k, invested into #community groups. One initiative was led by @ACollective(SW London). This project supported #autistic young adults who have not moved into #employment. They offered opportunities to 10 adults in roles such as admin, IT, and more.

For our 20th Anniversary we partnered with #Croydon businesses to raise £20k, distributed to the #community. @BF4Allteaching received £2k to support 16 young people from deprived backgrounds to attend a residential trip. Thanks to everyone involved, especially @TBXHSunley.
