This week we worked out at Forbes detecting Brown on Green Weeds in summer fallow.
Weeds detected were fleabane, barnyard grass, cat heads, volunteer faba beans and heliotrope.
The Stats:
43 ha paddock
13.7 ha weeds detected
Saving of 68% chemical used

Did a cut through here in the header (just 1 pass) last harvest @90 degrees to Tramlines to mark where to turn around to avoid getting bogged! they say 90% of compaction occurs after the first pass… @CTFarmingAus

Fungicide on Samira beans pre rain. Thanks for the advice ag Twitter planted at 135kgs to chase 27 plants m2 also planted at 8km/h and have achieved a weed free, well distributed and even crop, much better than in previous years 🤙
