To announce the nominees we have Professor Prathiba Chitsabesan on stage. #AndTheWinner is... Lincoln Hub Core Community CAMHS Team from @LPFTNHS trust. The judges were impressed with the Quality Improvement approach the team used to great effect to improve the team culture and functioning, with clear improvements in the quality of service delivered, the morale and competence of team members and workforce retention. This is in the context of increased referrals to the team and real challenges in recruiting and retaining clinicians. #RCPsychAwards
