Privacy-Maximizing Age Verification is the Santa Claus of privacy tech: it doesn't exist, and the pretence that it does imposes a cost on everybody.
Oh, and those "free" Santa gifts? They're sold by capitalism, bought by parents, and impose a generational debt.
Obviously, we need age verification systems, and they should be privacy maximizing. I know there are still a few groups in denial about this, but we can't have laws against teen porn, cigarettes, gambling, etc, without age verification. So watch closely.
