When they put Han Solo into the carbonite freezing chamber, he’s clearly wearing handcuffs. But somehow they…disintegrate?…so fast that Han has time to raise his hands up before being frozen. 🤷‍♂️

Give me your best Star Wars nitpicks. No reasonable criticisms or analysis, I'm talking real pedantic here.

My wife and I did this. Graduated college in 98; made $70k between the two of us. Worked in Milwaukee, but couldn’t afford a house there or in Madison. Bought a great starter house in Janesville, WI. I commuted until I got a job with Grainger.
The woe is me comments are pretty disappointing. Cheap housing, high paying jobs, a great place to live. Pick any two. Boomers and Gen X moved an hour away from our jobs bc we couldn’t afford the ones near the jobs either. There are < $200k houses all over America. You can still do this. It seems people today would rather complain than solve their problem. 🙄

For those who don’t know, Janesville is 60 miles away from Milwaukee. Did that commute for 2 years.

Everyone posting their Kerbal Space Program screenshots has inspired me to resurrect a saved game that I haven't touched since November. I found one of my refinery ships in orbit of the Mun, so I landed it for ya'll to see!

“Moneyball” is one of my fav baseball movies. But in the first base conversation of “you’re going to have to teach one of them” nobody at that table thought to say “Hey, David Justice played 69 games there in 1990.” 🤷‍♂️

Humans are returning to the Moon for the first time in 54 years in less than a month. This is not being talked about enough.

Aaaaand after 3 years they’ve been shut down. So much for the ChargePoint stations. Not sure what happened, but they were being used quite a bit. 🤷‍♂️

Thank you Target for installing ChargePoint stations in Maple Grove! Although, they generally work better when you remove the packaging from the plugs and…maybe turn them “on.”

The Brewers have 3 runs on 9 hits in the NLCS. Can talk about openers vs. starters, but nothing matters when the team hits like this. Dodgers are up 3-0.

What does Stack Overflow even do anymore? I still check it daily. But all I see is that my favorite tags do not have any new questions, and my 10-year-old answers are getting randomly downvoted. 🤷‍♂️

Come see what’s “Brewing” in Milwaukee!
This may be the best advertisement for the greatness of 1980s American life that I’ve ever seen …

Dealing with @Hyundai Customer Care over a dead (12v) battery in my Ioniq 5 has been an extremely slow and painful experience. They’ve been asking me for additional information for 2 months now, and still can’t give me a straight answer on whether or not I’ll be reimbursed.

Jim Lovell was a personal hero of mine. He was larger than life. If you haven’t read it already, his book “Apollo 13” is a masterpiece.

We are saddened by the passing of Jim Lovell, commander of Apollo 13 and a four-time spaceflight veteran. Lovell's life and work inspired millions. His courage under pressure helped forge our path to the Moon and beyond—a journey that continues today. go.nasa.gov/41tbrpq
