It wasn't even premeditated. He went into the tent because it was raining. The other kids were hostile and tried to force him to leave. A fair sentence is manslaughter with 2-3 years behind bars

Blacks both knowingly (this guy) and unknowingly helping the system. It'll be cameras everywhere and a social credit system which will likely still exempt blacks from responsibility.
According to everyone's testimony, Karmelo actually showed RESTRAINT while Metcalf harassed him..The phrase "touch me and see..." explicitly puts the ball in the other person's court. If the aggressor simply chooses not to lay their hands on the person, no physical altercation occurs. Because the outcome is entirely dependent on the aggressor making the conscious choice to initiate physical contact, the person issuing the verbal warning cannot logically be the one "provoking" the violence.
