Well, still no lead on the Original source of this one, but... I did find
A much more complete version, and in colour!
This was found in Mean Machines SEGA (UK) #36 1995.10, p.91.
Maybe someday we'll find the original art used~

Time for another piece of mystery CK art.
In the final issue (#37) of Sega Saturn Magazine UK fom back in November 1998, the final page had a very special picture of Tongara.
It has never been seen anywhere else, and almost looks hand painted.
Does the original still exist?!
