KOSA may have (misguided) support in the Senate but there is hardly consensus in the House where many lawmakers recognize its constitutional challenges, policy omissions and overall ineffectuality at preventing harm.

KOSA doesn't deliver the protection parents are promised. Instead it builds a compliance machine on your child's behavioral data and hands it to unvetted third parties with no security floor.

What it really does: The tools are real, but so is the new behavioral data collection on your child, handed to private auditors with zero security standards. Parental tools without data protection are not parental empowerment.
