Unlike the Census, there will be no more “Other” – no more statistical invisibility. The @CLAUK_Org has done incredible work for their community, and this change is down to them and the Seven Sisters market traders most of all.

Last night at Full Council we passed a motion recognising the Latin American community as an official ethnic group. This is a huge moment for Latin Americans in Haringey. Not only is the iconic Seven Sisters Market re-opening, but they can now proudly identify as Latin American
