I liked the minidisc. Really sad that the players were so expensive and that there were no original releases on it. Also that it died down so short after.

Yes, I remember openings in the rear of HiFi components for optical cable connections but I never explored that avenue -ahhh........ Minidisc another system that never really caught on as I remember.

The good news is that I snagged a rare @philipglass release, a minidisc of 'Another Look at Harmony Pt. IV' by @petridisch that is limited to only 10 copies. The bad news is that I don't actually have a minidisc player to play it on.
