I'm trying to decide how to organize my game collection ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’พ My first idea was to sort everything by year and genre, but I'm also tempted to group games by studio instead How do you organize yours? #RetroGaming #GameCollection #BigBoxPC #PCGaming #RetroPC

VERY rudimentary right now but what you've got here is Wolfenstein like Raycasting on the Game Boy. Full movement and staffing. \o/ #indiedev #gameboy #GBDK2020 #retrogaming #gbstudio #screenshotSaturday

This is the way!
Dual stick #Amiga shooter action with the excellent Rogue Declan by @nivrig USB4AMI is a game changer for stuff like this. Perhaps we can see some future games take further advantage of this.

Cabal (Capcom, 1988) was always a bit overshadowed by Operation Wolf, but I still thought it was pretty cool for its time. Originally an arcade game, it was later ported for the Amiga, C64, Atari ST, NES, Amstrad CPC, Sinclair ZX Spectrum and PCs. The mission and gameplay is pretty clear and straight forward: Kill everything until you reach the final boss. Kill him too. The end. The game itself was total carnage, you literally shot everything, from soldiers to tanks to buildings (which could be destroyed), and threw in the occasional grenade. The sound effects, the typical 80s "kill em all" kinda music, it was a blast. Playing this as a kid was simply nothing but fun. I know it looks rather one-dimensional today and quite dated, but it still kicks ass, especially in the 2 player mode.

Gรฉrard Houllier may not have been on the touchline in Istanbul. But when he entered the dressing room afterwards, you could sense the pride. The pride of a man who loved Liverpool Football Club and wanted nothing but success for it. A Red then. A Red forever. ๐Ÿ”ด

Gรฉrard Houllier understood something that mattered at Liverpool. Success is important. But so are humility, dignity and respect. He loved the club, gave everything to it and always carried himself with class. A genuinely good man and a proud Liverpool manager. ๐Ÿ”ด
