CPRC’s Official Statement: We are of course highly disappointed in the United States Supreme Court for denying cert in the Littlejohn vs Leon County Board of Education case.  This case was another in which the court could have affirmed its commitment to protecting parental rights and child safety and for reasons we’ll never know, chose not to.  But while this ruling is disappointing, it is NOT devastating to the cause.  With SCOTUS already having ruled in the Mirabelli case, the tide is already turning in the direction of truth and parental rights, and our resolve to continue the fight has never been stronger.
