Leadership Reflections at SERI-SETU: At SERI-SETU 2026, leaders collectively emphasised innovation-led transformation in sericulture. Padma Shri Dr. A.S. Kiran Kumar, Former Chairperson @isro highlighted research-industry integration as the engine of national progress, while Dr. S. Senthil Vinayagam, Director @iipm_bangalore stressed research capacity and cluster-based development. Shri P. Sivakumar, IFS, Member Secretary @csbmot called for field-level adoption of advanced technologies, and Shri P.S.
