Today, B. Fitzenberger (@iab_news ) guided our participants through interesting ways for measuring and assessing social policy reforms -showing insights about the effect of parental benefits on fertility in 🇩🇪.
Last but not least, A. Seidlitz (@iab_news ) wrapped up these workshop presenting quasi-experimental methods and the semiparametric event study approach. 💡
We started the day with E. Pavolini (@LaStatale) challenging our participants’ minds with a discussion about the Matthew Effect underlying (some) social investment policies.
This morning G. Neyer (@SUDA_Sthlm ) kicked off the theoretical session sharing her expertise on the conceptualisation of social policies in fertility research.
