Community Notification: Missing At-risk Adult CSPD is seeking assistance in locating 71-year-old Donald Blackledge. Donald was last seen in Littleton, Colorado, approximately two weeks ago. Donald is known to reside in the northeast area of Colorado Springs. Donald is a White male who was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a short-sleeve T-shirt, and a ball cap. Donald is believed to be driving a white 2004 Buick Park Avenue bearing Colorado license plate EETG35. If you see Donald, his vehicle, or know of his whereabouts, please call CSPD at 719-444-7000.

CSPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest connected to the ongoing homicide investigation of 60-year-old Dwayne Easterling. CSPD Detectives worked with a forensic sketch artist to develop a composite sketch of a person of interest. This composite sketch is being released in hopes that someone from the community may recognize the individual and provide information to investigators. Detectives are asking anyone who recognizes the individual in the above composite sketch, or who may have witnessed the incident, or has any information related to this case to contact the Colorado Springs Police Department at 719-444-4000. Community Notification: Missing at-risk juvenile CSPD is seeking assistance in locating a 15-year-old Aubry Mestas. Aubry was last seen on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, around 11:30pm in the 1700 block of Clemson Drive. Aubry is around 5’7”, 163Ibs, with brown hair, hazel eyes and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, and black sweatpants. Aubry may be driving a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer that is rhino lined black and displaying Texas plates. Currently, it is believed Aubry is trying to travel to Kansas. Beginning today, Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, at 9 AM, the Colorado Springs Public Safety Communications Center will conduct a 24-hour test of a new assistive AI agent on the *NON-EMERGENCY phone line (719-444-7000) until 9 AM on Thursday, June 11, 2026. This AI agent (SARAH) is designed to support call handling and service efficiency on our non-emergency line, to improve the speed at which 911 calls are answered by our emergency call takers. Throughout the testing period, all activity on the non-emergency line will be closely monitored by trained communications department personnel. This test will *NOT* impact 911 services, which will continue to operate as normal.

Vanessa was last seen on Saturday, June 6th, 2026, around 1:30pm leaving a residence in the 2200 block of Oakridge Lane. When Vanessa left the residence, she did not take her medications with her that she takes daily. Vanessa is 5’3”, 280Ibs, with dark brown curly hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black sweatpants. It is believed Vanessa is trying to find her way to Denver. William was last seen on Monday, June 8, 2026, at his residence in the 1600 block of Saratoga Drive, on the south end of Colorado Springs, near South Circle Drive and Monterey Road. William is believed to have left on foot sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m this morning. William is a White male, approximately 6 feet tall with a thin build and white hair. @ATF_Denver Offers $5,000 Reward in Theft of 138 Firearms @ATF_Denver in conjunction with the Colorado Springs Police Department and the National Shooting Sports Foundation, the trade association for the firearms industry are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information or evidence related to those involved in the theft of 138 firearms, valued at over $100,000, from a storage trailer belonging to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) who was traveling to attend a gun show. The theft from the FFL storage trailer occurred on the morning of March 27 while parked at Hampton Inn by Hilton Colorado Springs-Airport located at 2077 Aerotech Dr., Colorado Springs, Colorado. One suspect has been arrested by the Colorado Springs Police Department, a U-Haul van used in the crime has since been recovered and the stolen firearms are largely unrecovered at this time. The ongoing investigation is being conducted jointly by the Colorado Springs Police Department and the ATF Denver Field Division, Colorado Springs Field Office. Maxine is around 4’11”, 130Ibs, with brown eyes, and white hair. Maxine was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, red shirt, red shoes, and a pink puppy jacket. Andrew is a white male, special needs, and approximately 5’9”, weighing approximately 236 lbs., with brown curly hair, glasses, and a short beard. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt (possibly with a cat holding a popsicle on it) with bright red shorts. Andrew was also wearing grey open-toed sandals. COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION OF “SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATOR” In accordance with Colorado law the Colorado Springs Police Department is notifying the community that Mitchell Wayne Bishop, has moved to an address in Colorado Springs. Bishop is a sex offender whose past behavior has led him to be labeled as a “Sexually Violent Predator” (SVP) by the Colorado Courts. The Colorado Springs Police Department will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that Bishop registers as a sex offender and that he understands his responsibilities as such. Bishop’s criminal history reveals that in Denver County, Colorado, he was convicted in 2007 of Attempted Sexual Assault on a Child, and in the same case, Child Abuse. In 1995, he was also convicted of Domestic Violence- Harassment. Bishop is currently registered as homeless, living by the “Springs Rescue Mission” at 5 W Las Vegas St. He is described as being a white male, 66 years old, 6’0” tall, 248lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes.
