Hardest STEMI ever. #RadialFirst wire won’t go ostially. 5-6 other guides same issue, switched same femoral, nothing would engage, finally WRT guide fit (lifetime first use), Blue in then no balloons would go including sapphire and takeru 😫! Would you rotablate during STEMI?
