We’re currently supporting young people from Starbank School (Birmingham) for a 2-day Bronze @DofE qualifying expedition in the Worcestershire area. They’re having plenty of fun, whilst understanding the importance of teamwork & developing many life skills 😊
We’re in the South Downs NP for the next 3 days, supporting young people from St Augustine’s Priory (Ealing) with a Silver @DofE qualifying expedition and looking forward to positively engaging with the participants, enabling them to successfully complete the expedition 😊
For the next 3 days, we’re in the Long Mynd area of Shropshire Hills National Landscape supporting young people from Southam College with a Silver @DofE qualifying expedition. Many opportunities for participants to experience with fun, personal, social, & educative development 😊
Over the next 3 days, we’re looking forward to supporting young people from William Brookes School (Much Wenlock) for a Silver @DofE practice expedition in the Shropshire Hills. An opportunity for them to enjoy the countryside, whilst honing the skills learned during training 😊
Congratulations to our Silver DofE students who completed their Practice expedition weekend. Despite the rain and windy conditions, they all displayed fantastic resilience, kindness and respect throughout the two days. Well done to everyone who took part.

We’ve had a good day with young people from Staffordshire University Academy (Hednesford) delivering classroom-based Bronze @DofE expedition training. Much knowledge & skills were learned by the participants in a fun and supportive manner 😊
For the next 2 days we’re supporting young people from Aston Manor Academy (Birmingham) with Bronze @DofE expedition training. An instructor-led navigation day tomorrow, followed on Tuesday with classroom-based training. Positive experiences & new skills for the participants 😊
Over the next 2 days we’re supporting young people from Ibstock School for a Bronze @DofE qualifying expedition in the Leicestershire area. It’s great to play a positive role in the participants’ personal, social, & educative development, meeting the guiding principles of DofE 😊
This weekend we’re supporting young people from Tameside College (Ashton-under-Lyne) for a Bronze @DofE qualifying expedition in the Peak District. Opportunities for personal, social, and educative development, whilst having fun and creating many positive memories 😊
We’re delivering one of our popular 2-day Outdoor First Aid courses this weekend at Blackwell Adventure in Worcestershire. 20 delegates including @DofE Leaders and other outdoor instructors will attending, developing essential knowledge & skills 😊
We're in the Worcestershire area from this evening until Sunday, supporting young people from Bilton High School (Rugby) who are undertaking their Silver @DofE practice expedition. Opportunities for lots of fun and further learning as the participants undertake their journey 😊
For the next 3 days we’re supporting young people from Mayfield School (Birmingham) for a Gold @DofE practice expedition in Sutton Park. All have a range of additional needs, but these won’t stop them from gaining a sense of achievement, whist having lots of fun & a great time 😊
Tomorrow we’re supporting young people from Ninestiles, an Academy (Birmingham) for an unaccompanied Bronze @DofE practice walk in the Worcestershire area. Opportunities to further develop the skills learned during training & for personal, social, and educative development 😊
We're looking forward to supporting young people during our 'open' Gold @DofE expedition from tomorrow, taking place in Mid Wales area. Some participants completing a quality combined training & practice expedition (6 days), others a practice or qualifying expedition (4.5 days).
We're looking forward to positively engaging with young people as they join us tomorrow for our popular Photography & Conservation Gold @DofE Residential week in Shropshire. Lots of skills to be developed, whilst having fun, & meeting the aim, principles outcomes of the section.
