I was out on the L train tonight as we send a new wave of officers on overnight shifts on the subway this week.
@GovKathyHochul and I know that New Yorkers need to feel safe when riding the train, and we're appreciative of the state’s partnership in helping pay to put more officers on overnight trains. Once the staffing rollout is complete, there will be two officers on every train in NYC from 9PM to 5AM.
