I had stopped looking at Twitter but then this #BCStorm sucked me back in. 5.29” since Saturday (54th & Selkirk, Vancouver). Nothing like the 10.35” in 8 hours we experienced this summer near Firesteel, SD. Still, it’s really wet.

After a nearly 13 year hiatus from serious #running I’m back at it! On warm weather runs I wear shorts with a 3” seam, ankle socks, shoes & nothing else. So during my weekly long run today I overheard the classic 4 year-old question: “why does that man have no clothes on?”
