I would also turn off location data for every app except those that absolutely require it (maps/transit apps), keep your location off by default. You’d be surprised how many apps insist on wanting your location and don’t need it *at all* to function.

I just conducted an unprompted, late night oversight visit at an ICE holding facility at the Mesa Gateway Airport with @RepGregStanton and @Rep_Grijalva. What we saw was shocking and sick. Well over 240 detainees stacked like sardines in cells. People were sick and ICE was refusing medical care. Here’s what happened.

🚨New Report🚨 @HRL_YaleSPH corroborates fire damage from a 21 March 2026 incidental fire in Al Umda IDP camp in Tawila, North Darfur through satellite imagery analysis. The fire reportedly displaced 971 households. The scale of damage from incidental fires indicates that IDPs in Tawila do not have sufficient humanitarian aid or resources. The majority of IDPs in Al Umda, Tawila fled RSF’s attack on Zamzam IDP Camp in April 2025. #KeepEyesOnSudan 🛰️@Vantortech medicine.yale.edu/lab/khoshn…

"Eventually the trucks could not move: there were too many bodies." A chilling timeline of a massacre, and a damning indictment of the UAE, and the failures of the UK, US, and UN.
It was the biggest massacre for decades - 10,000 Sudanese killed over two days. The international community knew genocide was inevitable. Why and how did it happen? Huge thanks to @Sihanet @ikhlassahmed77 @nattyray11 @KholoodKhair theguardian.com/global-devel…
