Inclusion by Design: Introducing the AXS Passport - Calling All Minds Digital Inclusion Passport At Health and Wellbeing at Work, inclusion shouldn’t be an afterthought, it should be designed in from the start. That’s why Calling All Minds have partnered with the Health & Wellbeing at Work team to introduce the Calling All Minds AXS Digital Passport. The AXS 'Digital' Passport allows attendees to share accessibility or wellbeing requirements in advance, helping the event organisers create environments where everyone can participate fully. It only takes a couple of minutes to complete and might include requests such as: • Access to a prayer room • A quiet space • Allergy considerations (e.g. nut allergy) • Kosher food options • Adjustments for light sensitivity • Access to a gender-neutral toilet • Or any other accessibility need. By sharing needs in advance, we can make meaningful adjustments now, while also helping organisers plan even better, more inclusive events in the future. If you're attending Health & Wellbeing at Work, keep an eye out for the latest email from the H&W team and create your AXS Digital Passport today. #InclusionByDesign #Accessibility #HealthAndWellbeing #Neuroinclusion #InclusiveEvents #HWW2026
