This would block off Trades Hall, State Library and large parts of Fed Square from public demonstrations no matter the subject.

A SHOCKING @ciel_org report just revealed a record number of 220 fossil fuel and chemical industry lobbyists have registered participants at the final critical UN negotiations for a Global Plastics Treaty in Busan, South Korea, more than 196 during INC4.
