Been working on reverse engineering this PCB board to my Otari MTR5050, in kicad, so I can remanufacture a run, and I haven't even had to messaged @blenster with a single question. I hope you all are proud of me, because I'm proud of me.😉

I got the new tape oven. Works great for these 10.5 quarter inch reels. The 2 inch stuff, not so great. I might have to cut out half the shelving to suit the 2 inch tapes.

Ampex456 is going to be the death of me. I had to buy a bigger oven just to take care of these tapes. I have over 100 to be digitized.

I recently became a volunteer at my local media archive. I now have hundreds of radio shows to archive for local radio stations. I'm looking forward to this adventure. I picked up my first batch of tapes today.
