Phase 1 of our work with Anvil is officially live! This milestone introduces blockchain-backed tickets and custodial wallets. All seamlessly integrated behind the scenes so fans just experience better ticketing, without new friction or learning curves. This foundational work is a key step as we build toward Catalyst Fund 15, where we’ll continue expanding what ticket ownership, resale, and creator control can look like. We’re excited about what we’ve already accomplished with @wayupio @AnvilDevAgency and even more excited about what’s coming next.

Anvil API is coming soon We will be boasting one of the most robust transaction builders in all of Cardano. This tool will bridge the gap between web2 Developers and the difficulty of building on Cardano. There will be a completely free version, which will give full access to the transaction builder. This will cost $.15 a TX and we are more than happy to work with commercial clients on long term application deals. There will also be 2 paid subscription plans, which include additional modules such as staking and marketplaces, additional support, as well as discounts on other Anvil services. We will be posting more about this as we draw closer to the planned release date! (Aiming for May 1st) In the very near future, we will hold a contest for builders to use the Anvil API to build a dApp or Cardano project. 🧵Anvil is back with another breakout product for the Cardano Community Introducing, the Anvil CMS!!! The Anvil CMS (Content Management System) is a tool that has been used internally by Anvil for over 2 years. We use this tool on a daily basis to build minting, staking, and other web3 based sites. The goal of this proposal is to make the Anvil CMS public for the first time ever. Through the use of Catalyst Funding, we will be able to build out our CMS features and capabilities to a level we are comfortable going public with. This will help projects and creators across Cardano with a low cost option to build their web3 projects, without needing the assistance of a developer. Our plan is to make the CMS as user friendly as possible. Allowing users, artists, and projects to create minting pages, staking platforms, even basic web3 connected sites. We will offer free to use packages and advanced packages for power users. Power users will be able to use the CMS to build pages for others, and make an entire business out of creating with the CMS. Through the use of Anvil tools, and the experience we have with the CMS, we think it will be one of the most widely adopted tools due to its cost<->functionality benefits. This would also include future tooling such as layering, metadata creation, and the flexibility to add what our users want. After a brief conference hiatus, we are back with the Weekly Wayupdate! What an amazing experience, front and center at the biggest community conference of Cardano! We had ample opportunities to explain Wayup, the logic that goes into it, and the future goals to many newcomers from inside and outside the Cardano ecosystem. Also got a chance to hand out a ton of free merch, if you got a Wayup shirt, post a pic and tag us in it! While our management team was busy at the conference, our development team was busy behind the scenes cooking. Let's jump into it... New Feature: -Metamask compatibility thanks to @nufiwallet Statistics: -1245 listings (max fees 10 ADA for all sales) -1310 accounts created (must create an account to favorite and do some other actions) -7183 processed transactions (that's a lot of aggregating!) Hotfixes/Updates: We received tons of feedback in the last few weeks, so we got to work on making the marketplace the best representation of it's users: -Disconnect Wallet Button -Show Rarity Ranking in User Profile (Listings and assets) -Removed jpg store smart contract from top holders in analytics -Fixed bug on profile view where ada handles were showing two $$ -Fixed bug with sweeping on collections -Integrated Weld (anvil open source wallet connector) into Wayup -Added sub-total for collection offers -Fixed a zooming issue on iOS when focusing on the collection asset search bar -Added rarity on trade windows -Fixed empty value alignments on favorite collections stats -Added USD prices on single-assets What's next? Since we were able to knock out several small updates, our focus is now back on to building out our advanced notification system. Once we are finished that we will be wrapping up our offer redesign and cleaning up that entire flow. Additionally, we are working on adding minting to Wayup. We want to take the best approach here and make sure it is extremely intuitive and combines all the best Anvil features possible to give creators a superior way to do everything from layering, metadata, to minting. We are Back! With our Weekly Wayupdate! Today we are excited to publicly release a new platform feature - Trading! We have been working on perfecting this for a while, and are excited to host another amazing NFT feature natively on our marketplace. Can't wait to hear what you all think! Let's jump into the thread... NEW FEATURE - TRADING: After a lot of hard work, trading is now live!! To propose a trade - simply go to the profile of the user holding the NFT you would like to trade for and click "Trade". Now, you will be able to select NFTs from your wallet and the users to trade for, with the option to add additional ADA to sweeten the pot! Simply find a trade offer you are comfortable with, and send it off to the other user! You can also communicate about the trades in our Chat feature to ensure the deal is solid before heading to the trading window! Incoming/Outgoing trades will be reflected in your profile! Up to 10 active trades at a time. Display has been updated to reflect cancelled and accepted trades. Enjoy! and please give us feedback in our Discord! It's Thursday - and time for our weekly Wayupdate!! The NFT space saw a nice breath of air the past week after the release of $NIKE token! Who knew a pig could take the entire space by storm! Aside from that, we have had a productive few weeks behind the scenes, planning and feature wise. Lot's of good stuff cooking from our side, let's jump into it! Statistics: -46% increase in weekly visits (2400 visitors over 7 days) -53% increase in page views (14,767 views over 7 days) -992 accounts created (almost 200 new accounts since last week) -3721 processed transactions (up significantly since last update) Hotfixes/Updates: -Adjusted Asset names to show the asset # always -Updated Market Activity page and banner -Solved issue with google search optimization (was causing a massive spike in our API activity) -Fixed issue with collection stats and rarity not showing all the time Coming Soon(tm): Trading - We know this one has been in the docket for a while now, but we want the experience to be as near to perfect as possible. We successfully made our first trade on chain and are looking to implement this ASAP. Will have a highlight post exclusively for this feature when available. Offers - We have the wireframe work for this completely finished. After trading, this is our top priority. Redacted - So damn close, going to be one that people love, we know that much! Summary: A large part of our discussions the last 2 weeks have been deep dives into our current customer feedback. We have taken all the feedback available to us and worked together as a team to strategize how we see the marketplace shaping out in the future. One of the most common pain points is lack of customization. Solving this alone would lead to a major shift in experience for a marketplace user. Our focus moving forward will be tackling this so every person using our marketplace can set it up how they see fit. Well, seems like a great opportunity to start sharing all the awesome stuff we having cooking at Anvil! All in, we have 5 proposals, varying across a spectrum of different projects and opportunities, that we see can bring value to the Cardano Ecosystem. We took close care when writing these proposals, and thoroughly vetted them as a team, we hope that reflects to the reviewers and voters. Let's dive into the Anvil proposals for Fund 12. Proposal 1: Anvil x 360 - Cardano in every Stadium Across the World (cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea…) As ambitious as the title sounds (yes, we may have over emphasized a bit 😄), the reality is that this is not as farfetched as may seem. We have partnered with a star studded line up from C360 to bring blockchain to their new, revolutionary seating experience. The team consists of former European Football star Glenn Hoddle, a former rollercoaster engineer, and a former head of marketing for Disney. Their vision is to have their product in every stadium across the world, which means we have a great opportunity to pioneer their fan engagement system, thus putting Cardano in every stadium in the world. We have a chance to revolutionize the fan engagement experience along side this awesome team from C360, and we couldn't be more excited for the opportunity! Proposal 2: Anvil - A SDK Built for Adoption (cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea…) Our second proposal is around a product that many of you may have seen or used (sometimes without knowing!). Our goal with this proposal is to take the paywall off the main features of our SDK, and allow for the Cardano Community to use it freely. This would include commonly used tools such as: -Authentication -Wallet extended -SPO Tool -Non custodial staking* -ManageMint* -Self-serve mint* The importance of this proposal is it allows us to no longer need a paywall for our SDK and we can publicly distribute API keys for the basic functionalities. It also minimizes the barrier of entry for incoming developers, allowing them to focus more on their UI/UX rather than back-end infrastructure. Proposal 3: Anvil x @NuvolaDigital: Collateralization Hub (cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea…) This is one of our most interesting proposals, as the value add to the ecosystem could be rather proportionate. This proposal aims to create a system where users can convert long term rewards (ISPO, Staking, etc.) into a collateralized NFT which can then be traded and reclaimed by the new owner. We feel as if this proposal is unique, but additionally unlocks a layer of liquidity that was never expected, unlocking a new experience for Cardano end users. Proposal 4: ANVIL - Open Source - Universal Wallet Connector - Crosschain (cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea…) This proposal is an extension of our proposal from Fund 11, which aims to improve the experience around wallets on Cardano and provide a central library for all. In this version, we plan on extending our reach and adding additional blockchains, so that Cardano developers can seamlessly integrate Solana, Ethereum, and Bitcoin. This project is open source and all outputs will be publicly available on Github, similar to our existing Wallet Connector (github.com/Cardano-Forge/uni…) Proposal 5: Cardano Universal Tournament Bracket Builder (cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea…) For this proposal, we have teamed up with the Knights Guild, from the Cornucopias Community, to build technology around enhanced gaming and community engagement experiences. We will accomplish this by building our a tournament bracket, record system, and leaderboard, that is fully web3 enabled and authed. Certain parts will even be open sourced. Summary: As you can see, we really threw our hat in the ring for this round of Catalyst. We think we are bringing some pretty unique products to the table that will help accelerate growth on Cardano. Our platform has been warmly received by the community, well noted from social engagement as well as activity in our server. We have noticed people love giving feedback and we have read through everything, taken notes, and are constantly working towards implementing based on that feedback.
