Sharing the struggles of launching a SaaS ... First one: trying the 'reddit marketing' thing in saas, marketing, seo related sub reddits. "post helpful replies" .. only to realize all you're reading is AI talking to AI and you're possibly the only human there.

Here's a productivity hack I don't see anyone talking about. I have a chat with AI specifically for tweets. I speak out loud, say whatever idea is in my head without worrying about how to word it, and it writes it out for me. Then I go in and add my own touch at the end. My creativity. My idea. My voice. AI just helps me shape it. That's the 10/80/10 rule. I bring the spark, AI does the heavy lifting in the middle, and I put my stamp on the finish. Most people either avoid AI completely or let it do everything. I'm using it as a tool while keeping it personal. That's the difference.

"AI killed SEO" — wrong frame. AI killed SEO TRICKS. industry spent 25 years gaming proxies (links, density, CTR, speed) bc the algorithm couldn't read your content. now it can. two pages with same level optimization rank by what they actually SAY.
