It wasn’t so much that you said that most people would call me an antisemite as much as you left it at that and didn’t clarify my actual theological anti-judaic position. That put me in a position where I basically had to respond. It would be like me making a video and saying, “Well you know most people would call Wagner a huge jerk, but I think that word is overused and weaponized…” If you watched that you’d be like, “The Catholic State just called me a jerk and said the term was weaponized but he didn’t really try to correct this characterization of me, so I guess I have to respond to this now…” Am I wrong?

With respect, I gave you credit in my video both in the Introduction and in Correction One for calling the label “antisemite” “obvious abuse” and saying that it’s been weaponized — because you did. The correction is not that you called me an “antisemite”. It's that introducing the label at all, even critically, without naming the distinction between racial antisemitism and theological anti-Judaism left that framing unaddressed. And the only reason I responded to your video in the first place is because you said that most people would refer to me (you specifically named me) as an “antisemite” without adding that clarification on my actual position, so it forced me to respond. While I was responding to that, I figured that I would correct any other theological errors related to the Catholic teaching on the Jewish question presented in the video. Thus, my video's substantive corrections are directed at @ShamelessPopery ‘s theology, since you didn’t commit any theological errors worth correcting. Anyone who watches it will see that.
