Today we’re sharing a defining moment for Cellular Intelligence. We have entered into an agreement with @novonordisk to acquire STEM-PD, a Phase 2-ready allogeneic cell therapy program for Parkinson’s disease. Alongside the acquisition, Novo Nordisk is making a strategic investment in Cellular Intelligence. This is one of the most advanced cell therapy programs in Parkinson’s. The program has an FDA-cleared IND for Phase 2 and Fast Track Designation, following completion of Phase 1/2 dosing in the underlying academic clinical program, STEM-PD. This is more than an asset acquisition. It marks the beginning of an AI-native era for cell replacement therapy. One where biology is no longer destiny, but design. Read all about it here: cellularintelligence.com/ste… #CellTherapy #ParkinsonsDisease #Biotech #AIinBiotech #TechBio STEM-PD is an investigational therapy; its safety and efficacy have not been established.

How is AI-bio moving from concept to clinical-stage impact? Cellular Intelligence CEO @MichaBreakstone sat down with @CNBC 's @jonfortt to discuss how we're turning biology into a predictive engineering discipline. Cell signaling is a language. Just as foundation models learned to predict ours, we're learning to predict theirs. When we get that right, we step into the era of programmable biology. 🎬 Watch the full conversation here: cnbc.com/video/2026/06/09/mi…

What is the future of AI x Bio? Yesterday in Copenhagen, we set out to answer exactly that. At the @novonordiskfond headquarters, we convened leaders across AI, biology, regenerative medicine, venture, and company building for a day-long symposium on Engineering Cell Fate—and what we believe will become the next AlphaFold moment for biology. 🧵

This week at the @KeystoneSymp on Computational Advances in Drug Discovery, our VP of Strategy @SamanthaDStrass gave a spotlight talk, and @baagmery, Principal Scientist in Computational Biology, presented on the poster floor — joining the conversation at the frontier of computational drug discovery. Their talk and poster showcased our multiplexed platform and its ability to generate data at unprecedented scale — the foundation for our work toward a Universal Virtual Cell-Signaling Model that predicts context-dependent signaling response and, ultimately, controls cell fate. This unlocks a range of applications: iPSC-based disease modeling, drug response prediction, target identification, and protocol design for cell therapies. These capabilities turn biology from a trial-and-error science into predictive engineering. Thank you to Keystone Symposia for the opportunity to share our work. We're building a future where biology is no longer destiny, but design. #ksdrugdiscovery2026 @arjunrajlab, Kristy Brown, @KleinLabHMS, Olivier Pourquié

By capturing this scale, we can look at biology not as static states, but as dynamic transitions. We are moving away from empirical trial-and-error to essentially learning the grammar of cellular decision-making, which fundamentally transforms how we can engineer cell therapies and model disease.

Our CEO @MichaBreakstone just stepped off the stage at #SynBioBeta2026. The energy in the room was electric, confirming what we've believed since day one at Cellular Intelligence: Biology is ready to be transformed from trial-and-error into a true engineering discipline. Thank you @SynBioBeta for the platform to share our vision. We are building a future where biology is no longer destiny, but design.
