hey @dpduk_ Are your call handlers trained to be difficult? They read from a script and don't engage brain. The photo of my parcel delivery is not of my house. What can I do?

Hey @ThreeUKSupport Your so-called business support staff are refusing to help me because they say I don't know the name of my own company. I have just wasted over an hour on this. How can I speak to somebody in the UK? There never used to be this problem....

Hello @Dyson I have just spent over an hour on your chatline. However your agent disconnected me whilst I was getting a proof of purchase to send. I'm now expected to start over again. Appalling service, as bad as your products - in this case a V12.

We’re in your Norwich East hotel. Are you doing anything about the noisy ventilation system which has been waking us up throughout the night? Your staff know it’s a problem. We also had 3 false fire alarms, apparently due to a toaster in the restaurant. #BadNight
