I really hope the new AD and president for MSU trusts Pat Fitzgerald, if MSU struggles in year 1 with him and they fire him that would be an all time bad move. Pat can’t be on the short end of the stick at two different schools in the B1G.

All of this is true. No matter what. Now imagine how much greater all this feels when it's Week 2 of the CFB season and you're top 5 WITH a top 5 preseason ranking in CBB... and a President who supports your sports and academic successes!

We can get back to pursuing all of this when we rid ourselves of the bad actors on the Board of Trustees. But we need everyone united behind the cause.

This gets at a very real concern among many Spartans I'm talking to: this dark chapter will be the demise of one of the greatest coaching runs and college-coach relationships in CBB history. As Spartans, we can't let this happen. We need to support the good ones fighting for us.

MSU deserves better. During Rema Vassar’s tenure we’ve seen unprecedented leadership turnover, public infighting, and national embarrassment. Enough. It’s time for new leadership on the Board of Trustees. Resign. #GoGreen
