Took some time to soak it in and celebrate (and get a t-shirt), and I am now thrilled to share that I'll be joining the Department of Psychology (Clinical area) at the University of Virginia as a tenure-track Assistant Professor this fall! This is truly a dream come true.

Best practices for asking about sex and gender identity on a demo? Done a lot of reading but there's lots variability in recommendations-e.g. some suggest asking whether people identify as transgender as its own question; others suggest adding this as a gender identity option.
