I mean if the SFA want to follow the laws of the game (there’s a first for everything) Then according to the laws of the game. Fans invading the pitch and forcing the ref to end the game early should leat to a 3-0 loss to the team that’s fans caused it Especially if he’s ended it early to protect players safety, which he done after countless Hearts players and staff were attacked

Difference is there are repercussions for those mistakes if they continue to happen. Managers lose their jobs. Players are dropped or replaced. Referees continue to make incorrect calls, directly impacting the outcome of games and roll up next week to do it all again.

It is obviously deplorable if he has been threatened and doxxed, but the criticism was fair. The cynic would suggest this is all too easily a ruse to deflect from the actual decision. The optimist would say it is knee-jerk incompetence. A grossly offensive statement.
