Why do I ask about this 4 years later?
The guy bought 650 XRP on Jan. 5, 2018 for $2.60 each, then sold 649.98 XRP LESS THAN 2 WEEKS LATER on Jan. 18, 2018 for $1.70 each, for a loss of $585.
Those are the facts. They claim he relied on Ripple and expected profit so he sued.
