Let me fully explain how dirty @Hilton is doing me rn even after directly DMing with their account so everyone has a clear picture. We booked a prepaid night but had searched for it on google first. Found the night, but when we clicked to pay, it changed the dates and we didn’t catch the change unfortunately until after we paid. Went in and booked the correct dates for the SAME RATE at the SAME HOTEL in Utah, so they still got paid by us for the night. But they are continuing to refuse to refund me because it was “prepaid rate” even though this reservation is in a few days in a state I don’t even reside in. What a scam. Not using y’all anymore. Preference will continue to be @Marriott for a reason.
