How lucky are we @THP_hospital?? Thanks to the annual grant from @CPCharity, we now have Smart TVs and gaming systems loaded with the best games in our playroom and @POGO4kids satellite clinic for kids to stream their favourite shows and enjoy gaming while receiving treatment 🙌

ICYMI: For #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth, Credit Valley Hospital’s POGO Satellite Clinic hosted a picnic in partnership with Little Heroes.
It was a fun day for children, their families & community members to learn more about childhood cancer & resources in the #Peel region.

Even more amazing, @THP_hospital was able to purchase iPads for both #Paediatric inpatient units thanks to @CPCharity so kids could enjoy #Distraction and #Entertainment (and some virtual schoolwork) during their hospital stay. #ThankYou 🙌

So many factors to consider when providing effective pain management to ensure #ItDoesntHaveToHurt for any child receiving health services anywhere in Canada 🇨🇦. HCP - we must be willing to break old habits and get out of our comfort zones. Quicker isn’t always better!
