Frustrated as hell with @ADT right now. I canceled my month-to-month service before the May 10 billing date specifically so I wouldn’t get hit with another cycle. The agent straight-up confirmed no extra charges. Service was cut, the equipment fully paid, and I didn’t use monitoring for the period they’re billing. Now June and they’re demanding $34.99 for service I never received. They call me from some random number that doesn’t even say ADT, no follow-up emails, nothing. I had to verify it was them coz' I thought it was a scammer. They said someone would call me, and crickets. Ridiculous!
