@thameswater see the attached. You have closed the Guildford Road. And instead of adhering to the conditions of the closure with the diversions you have done the exact opposite and are diverging traffic using signs down the roads you should not @Jeremy_Hunt

Yep, 2hrs on the ground. Flight time is 50mins. So the delay is 2.4x the journey time. Yet we get absolutely nothing. What a disgraceful performance.

@NetworkRailWssx I have been told by @SW_Help to ask this if you: why are all the barriers open at GLD? Where are the comms for the forecourt closure? There are none in the station. It is causing chaos on the local road (again) @swtrains_watch

@SW_Help GLD to WAT 0624 cancelled. 0643 now arriving at 0700. So just the 36mins of waiting in the cold this morning.

Now arriving 0703. And then 0624 passed through GLD at 0644 but did not stop. It was 1/3 full. Stop-skipping to gain time and leaving passengers in the cold. This is such poor behaviour. @swtrains_watch

Driver could not get in touch because of lack of onboard PA. Even he moaned about the age of the stoke. When is enough enough with this ridiculous move you have made? It is clear they are unsafe. @swtrains_watch @AJRichardsonMP

Total chaos at Woking. Guard was being superb. In effect in despair war how utterly awful the rolling stock that you have gone with is. 20mins and the door won’t shut. People running across platforms in the wet and platform staff no idea where trains are.
