37 years since the release of Nirvana's Bleach. The only song I had heard before Kurt's death was About A Girl. My good friend/neighbor Robb went to Archives and bought the tape the day Kurt was found. I remember playing basketball in my driveway listening to it over and over.

"Clown" by Korn was a gamechanger for me. Lyrically, musically, sonically, completely morphed my mentality at 13.

Gaethje beating Top wasn't out of the realm of reality but what a great victory.

Roddy Piper v. Bret Hart stole the show at WM 8. From the pre-match interview with Mean Gene to the end where Piper puts the strap around Bret's waist. Bret was a made man that night. He didn't need to beat Hogan he was already there.

Which one of my handful of followers can put me on as to why @Cafederene youtube channel is down. Is it gone for life?

30 years ago Metallica released the album LOAD. I remember recording the radio debut of "Until It Sleeps" still have the cassette it was on! My favorite song off that record is probably "2x4" @Metallica #Load #Metallica #Theyhidkirkswahpedal

6 years later and I still think the @g_mo_skee @hopsin song Non-Essential Rapper is criminally underrated and is an anthem for the underground.

"The Sound of Winter" by Bush is criminally underrated.

Triple 9 was like a Cyclops/Wolverine team up comic there will never be anything quite like it. One of my favorite songs lyrically, the beat is fire, doing it live was always fire. chrisarctor.bandcamp.com/alb…

This song represents the craziness that was our crew at the time. Frank and I doing our thing on the mic, A-Roc killing it on the turntables, and the beat by our ace Corey Howell who we wouldn't have been shit without. Love this era almost 20 years later you had to be there!

This deep piece was released 14 years ago it was part of the last (and probably my best) project ever. A-Roc and I had a vision for everything we did and every song we worked on mattered. chrisarctor.bandcamp.com/tra…

I recorded this song 25 years ago. This is a remake of a song I made a year prior. So this is my Tony Todd Night of the Living Dead remake of the song that helped put me on when I was 19. chrisarctor.bandcamp.com/tra…

For any of the random OGs that follow me there is a version of this with the homeboy Reaktion doing ad libs and a brilliant intro with his ex. Let me know if you have heard it, have it, etc.

I rarely ever post about my music mainly because it's been about 15 years since I recorded anything. Going through some old songs and I get immediately taken back to that moment in time.

Extremely hyped for this show.

Are there any bands/artists that your kids have put you on that were around when you were younger? The one band that sticks out that my son (24) turned me onto years ago was Underoath. Never really listened to them but became a big fan.
