My biggest takeaway from watching Disclosure Day: when the US govt rebranded UFO to UAP, the switch out from "Object" to "Phenomena" is the most telling.

Funny how, as the future comes zooming in, new nuances come into focus. "AGI" is the classic.
Same now for "The Singularity". Anthropic's latest warning differentiates between "AI improving itself" and "AI improving itself, itself".
Anthropic's is all-in on the former, trembling at the latter.
The one thing for sure, when nuances start exploding - the thing is here.
