Next weekend there will be a crowdfunding event to help create a monument to Coastal Forces that will stand at Victory Gate, Portsmouth. It will recognise the remarkable bravery of those involved in two world wars and conflicts since, many of them Royal Naval Volunteer Reserves. What is raised will be doubled.
