1/2 Absolutely appalling treatment by @TUIUK today at @manairport . Flight to Cancun delayed by 8 hrs, (due to our plane & crew being sent to Palma) , after waiting 4 hrs, sent to the dep gate to be told thereās no pilot as the crew have gone over their hours.

2/2 We were then sent through security to arrivals where the staff basically couldnāt answer anything and told us to arrange our own hotels / transport for the night. Travelling with an #autistic daughter is hard enough without them doing this @SimonCalder @ComplainingCow #tui
