N.B. VDJdb is up and running after a planned server upgrade, it can be now accessed at vdjdb.com, the old vdjdb.cdr3.net URL redirects there and should be considered obsolete. If you are using VDJdb web API please update accordingly.

TCR repertoire dream: decoding immune status by sequencing TCRs. Problems: 1) Need paired TCRab chains 2) Interesting T cell clones are often VERY small. Our solution: TIRTL-seq 🐢Deep, quantitative, & affordable paired TCR repertoire sequencing. 🧵 biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/… (1/11)

Happy to report our development for scRNA-Seq analysis. Employs splicing information at the level of clustering and dimensionality reduction. Readily revealed beautiful aspects of Treg and Th1/CD4 cytotoxic biology. Try! biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…

We started this work ~15 years ago. Now it is on the 2nd phase clinical trial. With all the circumstances, things evolve towards new generation immunotherapies, to make life happier on our small fragile planet.

Spectacular finding from Dmitryi Chudakov group (time to get a Twitter handle!) @CEITEC_Brno. Blind moles are special, they #live #long and prosper, now we know, at least in part, why. It goes down to the organisation of their adaptive #immune #system. šŸ‘
Izraelson et al. @CEITEC_Brno, @immunology_s reveal that the adaptive immune system of the long-lived blind mole rat is organized differently over its lifespan from other rodents. Read it here: nature.com/articles/s43587-0…

Great Misha's work
Our collaborative project (@pogorely, @elisarosix, @BensoudaMeriem, @an_franke, @ChudakovM and others) about longitudinal #TCR repertoire sequencing after #SARSCoV2 infection is now also on biorxiv. biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…

nature.com/articles/s41577-0… Yet many things unclear, but was a great pleasure to dig. SupplTable1 tries to summarize clinically relevant things, some controverisal. Great work by George Sharonov. Intersting what people say on IgG1/IgG3 difference hypothesized on Fig. 3.
