San Diego @MayorToddGloria's office won't release public records it owes @10News, which may explain how his ~ $1B mega shelter plan came together.
We've waited 7 months for records it has and is legally required to share.
Gloria's office is filling just 45% of records requests.

If 48 people getting shelter that means 48 people leaving shelter. We have 6700 homeless persons and fewer than 1500 shelter beds.
Shelter beds are not a gateway to housing. Only 18% in shelters exit to housing. Most exit back to the streets.

San Diego's San Diego River Encampment Removal Project is complete, helping 48 people move into shelter and removing 78 tons of debris from the riverbed. This multi-agency effort is helping people take a step toward safety and ending their homelessness.
