Well maybe we are just targeting the wrong group. I think we need to start targeting the Chinese companies who are the ones actually committing galamsey. They are the ones who are profiting off of this and therefore will not stop unless we make them.

Welcome development
A new Legislative Instrument seeking to revoke L.I. 2462 was laid in Parliament last Friday. The controversial L.I. 2462, which allows mining in forest reserves, will effectively be revoked once the new L.I. matures in 21 sitting days
