Yes. Brooks Newmark, the Minister, quoting Gwythian Prins who was on board of Charity Commission at the time. Govt. and regulator in step. Was the IEA “sock-puppet narrative” report that sowed the seeds. Phenomenally successful bit of framing and influencing.
