🆕⚡🟢Pharmacokinetic and pharmacogenomic predictors of hepatotoxicity in the HIRIF trial for drug-susceptible tuberculosis Higher pyrazinamide and isoniazid exposures and slow NAT2 acetylator status were independently associated with hepatotoxicity. In multivariable analysis, only pyrazinamide exposure was associated with hepatotoxicity.
