Last cold snap: 28 people sleeping rough in Lambeth offered accommodation. In Brixton, 7 people found during the count - all known to services and now with plans in place. This is backed by a 7-day-a-week outreach team, working through the night 365 days a year!

It was fantastic to celebrate the topping out of the latest phase of 323 homes at Clapham Park with @MetTVH, Vistry and @lambeth_council.
Once completed, the full development will have 4,200 refurbished or new homes, 50% of them affordable homes with funding from @MayorofLondon.
