The walk to my nearest bus stop has such poor air quality I find myself coughing by the time I get to the stop (it's an 8 minute walk). So I walk to a stop further away with less traffic on the route. But the route to my nearest stop is also the walk to school for so many kids...

CHART OF THE WEEK: A recent @TransportFocus report showed awareness and use of the £2 #bus fare cap is higher in the three regions of the North than the rest of England.
This has increased significantly since January 2023 and is highest in the North East. #NorthernStats
