ALT The Low-Carbon Research Methods Group is a loosely affiliated network of scholars interested in investigating the impact of climate change on academic research methods, as well as the equity and epistemological gains that might be found in an energy transition for the research sector. It is pleased to fund three seasonal researcher positions, open to graduate student, early career, and precariously employed scholars pursuing research related to these themes. These positions can be held remotely, anywhere in the world, from June to August 2022. Researchers will each be paid an honorarium of $5,000 Canadian dollars by cheque. Researchers will pursue their own existing scholarly projects, as well as a small contribution to the wider research group. This might take the form of an annotated bibliography, a virtual event/workshop, a white paper, a video essay, a conventional publication, or an art project that examines some aspect of the climate impacts of research methods and norms
